Honored to be Invited and speaking at NHS England Care Maker programme national conference February 19th

On behalf of Jane Cummings, Chief Nursing Officer for England:
Jane would like to invite you to join us at our first ever national conference to celebrate the NHS England Care Maker programme. The programme is in its third year, with approximately 900 established Care Makers across health and social care settings.
The conference is a chance to celebrate the value of Care Makers and showcase some of the remarkable work that has been happening in the past three years, especially how Care Makers have championed the 6Cs to drive the quality agenda as part of their caring role.
The conference will bring together Care Makers, stakeholders, care providers, commissioners, regional and national teams as well as people who have benefitted from the programme. It will also be a great opportunity for networking and sharing learning with colleagues.
The final report of the evaluation of the Care Maker programme conducted by Edge Hill University for NHS England will be shared and the findings and recommendations will be discussed as part of the celebration.
All delegates will be offered the opportunity to become a 'Dementia Friend', an initiative championed by the Care Maker of the year Michelle Hudson.
