Free social media workshops for people who have something
to say about mental health
If you have something to say about mental health and wellbeing,
come along to one of our free social media workshops, which start on December
3.
Whether you have lived experience, you're a volunteer or carer
or your work is related to mental health, we'd love to have you along.
At Mind Waves, we meet people every day who have so much to say
about mental health and wellbeing. Some people just need a bit of extra help
developing the skills and confidence to make it happen online. There's no
charge for the workshops, we just want you to use what you learn to spread a
positive message about mental health and wellbeing.
You can book at www.mindwavesworkshops.eventbrite.co.uk or contact us and we'll
reserve you a place.
