The Health and Social Care Academy would
like to invite you to a masterclass with Marie Ennis O’Connor,
award winning international health blogger in partnership with Breast Cancer Care and MacMillan@Glasgow Libraries.
Marie
will share her experiences from an international perspective and talk about the
power of social media and storytelling to connect and empower as well as
transform care.
This masterclass will:
• Explore how powerful storytelling can be for people who use support and services
• Highlight how storytelling can help shape transformational change of health and social in Scotland
• Support learning from lived experience for providers of care
• Support delegates to share their own health and social care experiences.
