Today Speaking National Dementia Care Improvement Programme - Learning

Hi

With Thanks to Michelle Miller from Healthcare Improvement Scotland who came in to the office yesterday to chat about involvement in this learning event for the five '8 pillars' model of community support test sites, which takes place on February 18th.

I look forward to participating on the day and sharing what co-ordination of care would have looked like, and meant to me from a carer's perspective.

The 8 Pillar Model of Community Support developed by Alzheimer Scotland, sets out the coordinated approaches that are needed to support people with dementia and their families and enable them to live well and as independently as possible at home for as long as possible.
