		Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland update - 20 November

ALLIANCE Update The ALLIANCE is delivering a two year programme that will explore how the GP practice team can support people to live well in their community. The Links Worker Programme, a partnership between the ALLIANCE and General Practitioners at the Deep End (The Deep End).  Delivery partners include SAMH and the Royal College of General Practitioners.
