I think your presentation really hit home as to why we all come to work every day, to make things better. The most poignant moment was when you took a few minutes to tell us your mum’s story, and a few anecdotes about her life and personality, and then told us that we knew more than any professional who had cared for your mum. I think that will stay with us all for a very long time.
