A big thanks to Jim Hume from the Scottish Liberal Democrats for inviting me to speak at a conference he is hosting on healthcare Saturday 2nd February in Biggar, South Lanarkshire . This talk with be about healthcare and about real human issues I have been asked to speak about caring for my mum and the life stories in a lead up to a wider discussion about healthcare for older people. Also in attendance will be Willie Rennie MSP along with George Lyon MEP and Alan Beith MP, and Jim of course.
