Well I had a few hours respite /cover today and I popped over to meet the inspirational Isabel founder of theatre Nemo met with Isabel and Hugh and we chatted about some of the projects we are both doing or trying to do, I hope we can find a way of working together that help inspire others and raise awareness on many mental health issues
